Jill Leversage Jill Leversage joined TD Securities in June 2002 to head up TD Securities' Vancouver corporate and investment banking team. Leversage has over 18 years of experience successfully executing numerous debt and equity financings and merger & acquisition advisory assignments for B.C.-based companies such as MacDonald Dettwiller, West Fraser, Versacold and Finning. Prior to this, she served as the managing director at RBC Capital Markets and head of the Alternative Energy Sector for North America. Leversage is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. She holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Calgary.
